Effective Date: January 1, 2026
By accessing the website at cypresssunrooms.com or by requesting services from Quality Cypress Sunrooms & Patios ("Company," "we," "us," or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use our website or engage our services.
These terms apply to all visitors, customers, and anyone who interacts with our website or contacts us to request a quote or project consultation. We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. The current version is always posted at cypresssunrooms.com/terms-and-conditions with the effective date shown above.
Quality Cypress Sunrooms & Patios provides residential sunroom construction and related services, including sunroom additions, four season sunrooms, three season sunrooms, patio enclosures, custom sunrooms, sunroom remodeling, screen room installation, patio-to-sunroom conversions, deck-to-sunroom conversions, all season rooms, enclosed patio rooms, solarium installation, patio cover installation, sunroom design, and vinyl sunrooms.
Services are provided to residential property owners in Cypress, CA and surrounding communities in Orange County, California. We reserve the right to decline any project at our discretion.
On-site estimates are provided free of charge and carry no obligation. A written estimate reflects the scope of work, materials, and pricing agreed upon at the time of the estimate. Estimates are valid for 30 days from the date issued unless otherwise noted in writing.
Pricing may change if the scope of work changes after a contract is signed. Any change in scope - whether requested by the customer or required due to unforeseen conditions discovered during construction - will be documented in a written change order before additional work begins. We do not perform out-of-scope work without prior written authorization from the customer.
Material costs are subject to market fluctuation. If the cost of materials specified in your contract increases substantially before work begins due to supply chain conditions, we will notify you in writing and you will have the option to accept the revised pricing or cancel without penalty before work starts.
Project start dates are scheduled after a signed contract and required deposit are received. We will provide a start date estimate in writing once permits are approved (where applicable). Start dates may be subject to change due to permit timelines, material availability, or weather. We will notify you of any significant scheduling changes as soon as we are aware of them.
If you need to reschedule, please notify us at least 5 business days before the scheduled start date. Cancellations made after work has begun may result in charges for work completed and materials ordered or delivered, as outlined in your written contract. Deposits are non-refundable once permit applications have been submitted or materials have been ordered on your behalf.
Payment terms are specified in your written contract. A deposit is typically required to begin permit processing and material ordering. Progress payments may be required at defined milestones during construction, with a final payment due upon project completion. Final payment is due within 5 business days of the completion walkthrough unless otherwise specified in your contract.
We accept payment by check, bank transfer, and credit card (a processing fee may apply for credit card payments). All payments must be made in United States dollars. Late payments may be subject to a late fee as specified in your written contract.
Quality Cypress Sunrooms & Patios will obtain required building permits on your behalf for all permitted work, and the cost of permits will be itemized in your written contract. You are responsible for obtaining any required HOA approval before work begins. We will assist with HOA documentation preparation upon request, but HOA approval timelines are outside our control. We do not guarantee that any specific design will be approved by your HOA.
All work will be performed to meet or exceed applicable California building codes and local municipal requirements. If a city inspector requires corrections to pass final inspection, we will address those corrections at no additional cost, provided they result from workmanship issues rather than customer-requested changes made after permit submittal.
Workmanship warranties, if any, are stated in your written contract. Manufacturer warranties on windows, glass panels, roofing, and other materials are passed through to you and are governed by the terms of each manufacturer. Quality Cypress Sunrooms & Patios makes no additional warranties, express or implied, beyond what is stated in your written contract.
This website and all information on it are provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. We do not warrant that our website will be error-free, uninterrupted, or free of viruses or other harmful components.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Quality Cypress Sunrooms & Patios shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of this website or from services provided, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.
Our total liability to you for any claim arising from services rendered shall not exceed the total amount you paid to us for the specific project giving rise to the claim.
We are not responsible for delays or failures caused by circumstances outside our reasonable control, including permit office delays, material supply shortages, extreme weather events, or acts of government authority.
If a dispute arises relating to our services or these terms, both parties agree to first attempt to resolve it in good faith through direct communication. If we cannot reach a resolution within 30 days, either party may pursue mediation before initiating litigation.
Any legal action arising from these terms or from services provided must be filed in the state or federal courts located in Orange County, California, and both parties consent to personal jurisdiction in those courts.
These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
